摘  要:针对飞行器雷达天线罩对透波性能的需求,采用热重(TG)分析、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征了填料与磷酸盐复合材料结构,并研究了填料对磷酸盐复合材料的弯曲强度和介电性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:当SiO_(2)用量15%(wt)时,磷酸盐复材的介电常数可达到3.08,损耗正切值为0.010,弯曲强度可达到190 MPa,SiO_(2)与磷酸盐复合材料结合紧密,形貌致密规整。For the demand of wave-transparent performance of aircraft radomes,the thermogravimetric(TG)analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)are used to characterize the structure of filler and phosphate composites,and the influence laws of filler on the bending strength and dielectric properties of phosphate composites are investigated.The results show that when the dosage of SiO_(2) is 15%(wt),the dielectric constant of the phosphate composite can reach 3.08,the loss tangent value is 0.010,the bending strength achieves 190 MPa,and the combination of SiO_(2) and phosphate composites is tight,and the morphology is dense and regular.
