摘  要:超疏水绝缘涂层材料因自身具备的防水及自清洁能力,在工作和生活中具有重要应用价值。为了提升超疏水绝缘涂层的性能,研究设计了一种羧甲基纤维素改性二氧化硅基超疏水绝缘涂层材料。过程中分多次将羧甲基纤维素向纯净水中加入,使纯净水与羧甲基纤维素完全混合,得到羧甲基纤维素水溶液,然后将其加入到已完成匀浆处理的二氧化硅分散液中,再滴加十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷,即完成羧甲基纤维素改性二氧化硅基超疏水绝缘涂层分散液的制备。实验结果表明,在涂层材料表征分析中,将该研究方法制成的涂层喷涂在棉布上,尺寸为30 nm的二氧化硅粒子在羧甲基纤维素的作用下出现粘结。采用喷涂工艺制备的超疏水绝缘涂层,具有良好的疏水性能和抗冲击性能,同时具有优异的化学稳定性和热稳定性。在机械耐久性能测试中,该超疏水绝缘涂层材料在胶带黏附剥离循环次数达到10次时,滚动角升高到7.4°。该超疏水绝缘涂层具有良好的机械性能和形态结构,疏水性能应用效果良好。Superhydrophobic insulation coating materials have important application value in work and life due to their waterproof and self-cleaning capabilities.In order to improve the performance of superhydrophobic insulation coatings,a carboxymethyl cellulose modified superhydrophobic insulation coating material is studied and designed.During the process,the carboxymethyl cellulose is added to purified water multiple times to completely mix it with the purified water.The prepared carboxymethyl cellulose water solution is added to the homogenization treated dispersed silica solution,and the hexadecyl trimethoxysilane is dropwise added.The experimental results indicate that in the characterization analysis of coating materials,the research method produces a coating on cotton cloth,and silica nanoparticles with a size of 30 nm exhibit adhesion under the action of carboxymethyl cellulose;The superhydrophobic insulation coating prepared by spraying technology possesses hydrophobic ability and impact resistance,and excellent chemical and thermal stability.In the mechanical durability performance test,when the coating made by the research method reaches 10 adhesive peeling cycles on the tape,the rolling angle of the hydrophobic insulation coating material increases to 7.4°.This superhydrophobic insulation coatings has good mechanical properties and morphological structure,and the hydrophobic applications is effective.
