摘 要:为了降低原油在管道传输中的损耗,提出基于氨基有机硅丙烯酸树脂的原油管道内涂层制备及减阻性能研究。按照原油管道内涂层配比的计算结果,通过丙烯酸树脂聚合、氨基改性、有机硅预聚体制备和合成四个步骤,得到氨基有机硅丙烯酸树脂涂料,通过涂装得出原油管道内涂层的制备结果。实验结果表明:涂装制备的原油管道内涂层后,管道内流体移动速度提高10.1m/s,管道内摩擦系数明显降低,即制备的原油管道内涂层具有良好的减阻性能。In order to reduce the loss of crude oil in pipeline transportation,the preparation of inner coating for crude oil pipeline based on amino organosilicon acrylic resin and its drag reduction performance are proposed.According to the calculation results of crude oil pipeline inner coating ratio,the amino organosilicon acrylic resin coating is obtained through four steps,which are acrylic resin polymerization,amino modification,organosilicon prepolymer preparation and synthesis,and the preparation results of crude oil pipeline inner coating are evaluated through painting.The experimental results show that the movement speed of fluid in the pipeline increases by 10.1 m/s and the friction coefficient in the pipeline obviously reduces after the inner coating for crude oil pipeline is painted,that is,the inner coating for crude oil pipeline has a good drag reduction performance.
