摘  要:为了提升半柔性路面抗裂及疲劳耐久性能,采用纳米二氧化硅、乳化沥青和硅烷偶联剂三种材料对半柔性路面界面进行强化,研究了三种半柔性路面材料的力学性能、收缩性能及疲劳性能,借助威布尔分布提出半柔性路面的疲劳方程。结果表明:纳米二氧化硅、乳化沥青和硅烷偶联剂三种强化剂的最优掺量分别为1.0%、10%和0.5%;纳米二氧化硅通过促进水泥水化增大砂浆致密性,阳离子乳化沥青可有效增强砂浆韧性,硅烷偶联剂通过形成共价键增大界面键合,三种材料均可有效增大半柔性路面界面强度,界面强化后半柔性路面韧性和疲劳性能显著提高,其中7 d龄期最大弯拉应变分别提高6.9%、15.5%和11.5%;基于威布尔分布构建的疲劳方程可以准确预测半柔性材料的疲劳性能,硅烷偶联剂改性砂浆制备的半柔性路面疲劳性能最优。In order to improve the crack resistance and fatigue durability of semi-flexible pavement,the nano-silica,emulsified asphalt and silane coupling agent are used to strengthen the interface of semi-flexible pavement.The mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and fatigue properties of three kinds of semi-flexible pavement materials are studied.The fatigue equation of semi-flexible pavement is proposed by means of Weibull distribution.The results show that the optimal dosages of nano silica,emulsified asphalt and silane coupling agent are 1.0%,10%and 0.5%respectively;The nano silica enhances the density of mortar by promoting the cement hydration,the cationic emulsified asphalt effectively enhance the toughness of mortar,the silane coupling agent form covalent bonds to enhance interface bonding,and all three materials can effectively improve the interface strength of semi-flexible pavement.After interface strengthening,the toughness and fatigue performance of semi-flexible pavement are significantly improved,with the maximum bending and tensile strain in 7 days of age increasing by 6.9%,15.5%and 11.5%respectively;The fatigue equation constructed based on Weibull distribution can accurately predict the fatigue performance of semi-flexible materials,and the fatigue performance of semi-flexible pavement prepared by silane coupling agent modified mortar is the best.
