摘 要:为评价聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)改性沥青和胶粉改性沥青老化后流变性能,对不同PE和胶粉掺量的改性沥青分别采用旋转薄膜烘箱加热(rotating thin film oven test,RTFOT)和压力老化(pressure aging vessel,PAV)模拟短期老化和长期老化。基于动态剪切流变试验、多应力蠕变恢复试验和低温弯曲蠕变试验分析两类改性沥青老化后流变性能。结果表明:RTFOT老化后两类改性沥青复数模量约为老化前1.5~2.8倍,相位角比老化前降低约5%;PAV老化后复数模量和相位角变化幅度约为RTFOT老化后的3倍。两类改性沥青老化后储能模量老化指数均大于损耗模量老化指数。与PE改性沥青相比,相同改性剂掺量等级时,两种老化方式老化后胶粉改性沥青的不可恢复蠕变柔量、应力敏感性指标、劲度模量和蠕变速率变化幅度均较小。老化前及RTFOT老化后,PE改性沥青低温性能更优。胶粉改性沥青比PE改性沥青具有更好的抗车辙性能和耐老化性能。In order to evaluate the rheological properties of polyethylene(PE)modified asphalt and rubber powder modified asphalt after aging,the modified asphalt with different amounts of PE and rubber powder are heated with rotating thin film oven test(RTFOT)and pressure aging test(PAV)to simulate short-term and long-term aging,respectively.The rheological properties of two types of modified asphalt after aging are analyzed based on dynamic shear rheological test,multiple-stress creep recovery,and low temperature bending creep rheological test.The results show that after RTFOT aging,the complex modulus of the two types of modified asphalt is about 1.5~2.8 times as that before aging,and the phase angle decreases by about 5%compared to that before aging.The amplitude of changes in complex modulus and phase angle after PAV aging is about 3 times as that of RTFOT aging.After aging,the storage modulus aging index of both types of modified asphalt is greater than the loss modulus aging index.Compared with PE modified asphalt,with the same modifier dosage level,the irreversible creep compliance,stress sensitivity index,stiffness modulus and creep rate of rubber powder modified asphalt show smaller changes after two aging methods.Before aging and after RTFOT aging,the PE modified asphalt has better low-temperature performance.Rubber powder modified asphalt has better rutting resistance and aging resistance than PE modified asphalt.
