硅橡胶并用胶中乙烯基含量对粘合强度的影响研究

摘  要:乙烯基是硅橡胶中的重要组分,在橡胶的交联网络中起到稳定结构和调节性能的作用。为了获得良好的胶粘性能,研究了乙烯基含量对硅橡胶中并用胶粘合强度的影响。在选择主要原材料和设备的基础上,制备不同含量的乙烯基硅橡胶,采用环氧化法对其改性,使其与110-2标准胶合并,按照硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐油性、交联密度四个指标分析改性后的硅橡胶性能。测试结果表明:不同乙烯基含量会影响硅橡胶并用胶的粘合强度,在测试时间为100 min、含量为0.2%时,储能模量可达到4.5 MPa;在乙烯基质量分数为0.05时,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别在5.9 MPa和780%左右,体积和质量变化率未超过1%,交联密度约为0.42。由此可知,较低含量的乙烯基具有良好的粘合强度,但此时的硫化性能较差。Vinyl is an important component in silicone rubber,playing a stabilizing role in the cross-linking network of rubber and regulating its properties.In order to achieve good adhesive performance,the effect of vinyl content on the adhesive strength of silicone rubber blends is studied.On the basis of selecting the main raw materials and equipment,vinyl silicone rubber with different contents is prepared,and it is modified by epoxidation to merge with 110-2 standard rubber.The properties of the modified silicone rubber are analyzed according to four indicators:vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,oil resistance and crosslinking density.The test results show that different vinyl contents can affect the adhesive strength of silicone rubber blends.When the test time is 100 min and the content is 0.2%,the storage modulus can reach 4.5 MPa;When the mass fraction of vinyl is 0.05,the tensile strength and elongation at break are around 5.9 MPa and 780%respectively,and the volume and mass change rates do not exceed 1%.The crosslinking density is about 0.42.From this,it can be seen that lower content of vinyl has good adhesive strength,but its vulcanization performance is poor at this time.
