摘 要:在水利工程中,U型超高性能混凝土结构承受着巨大的水压和结构荷载,其粘结性能直接影响到结构的安全性和耐久性。因此探讨U型超高性能混凝土的粘结性能并优化配比成为当前的热门课题。研究使用不同长度和类型的化学纤维作为替代材料,通过实验探究原材料配比以及与化学纤维的结合方式对U型超高性能混凝土的粘结性能的影响。结果显示,当水胶比为0.18、胶砂比为10∶8时,在U型连接处插入10 mm的聚酰亚胺纤维得到的U型超高性能混凝土的粘结性能最佳,约为22 MPa。研究为提高U型超高性能混凝土在水利工程中的应用性能提供了重要的理论支持和实验依据。In hydraulic engineering,U-shaped ultra high-performance concrete structures bear enormous water pressure and structural loads,and their bonding performance directly affects the safety and durability of the structure.Therefore,investigating the bonding performance of U-shaped ultra high-performance concrete and optimizing the mixing ratio has become a hot subject.Various kinds of chemical fibers with different lengths are used as substitute materials,and the influences of raw material ratios and bonding methods of chemical fibers on the bonding performance of U-shaped ultra high-performance concrete are explored through experiments.The results show that when the ratio of water to cement is 0.18 and the ratio of cement to sand is 10∶8,the bonding performance of the U-shaped ultra high-performance concrete obtained by inserting 10 mm polyimide fibers at the U-shaped connection is the best,which is about 22 MPa.The research provides important theoretical support and experimental basis for improving the application performance of U-shaped ultra high-performance concrete in hydraulic engineering.
