摘  要:非交联型丙烯基材料具有优异的力学和电学性能,被广泛用作高压直流电缆制备的绝缘层。通过共聚改性的方法制备了不同弹性体含量的绝缘材料EPM/PP,考察了不同工艺条件对共聚产品的结构、热学、力学和电学性能的影响。结果表明:共聚物中存在乙丙二元共聚物弹性体结构,随着乙丙比例的增加,橡胶相含量从28.56%增加至37.62%。共聚物的热变形温度最高为106.32℃。熔融温度较高,说明可适用于较高的环境温度。在常温以及低温条件下,共聚物的冲击强度均远高于均聚聚丙烯;共聚物的拉伸强度以及断裂强度低于均聚聚丙烯,但总体较高,说明共聚物的力学性能良好。共聚物的体积电阻率、介电常数以及击穿强度均高于均聚聚丙烯,均聚聚丙烯介电损失最大,说明共聚形成的橡胶相对提高材料的绝缘性能具有明显的作用。Non-crosslinked propylene based materials have excellent mechanical and electrical properties and are widely used as insulation layers in the preparation of high-voltage DC cables.The insulation materials EPM/PP with different elastomer contents are prepared through copolymerization modification,and the effects of different process conditions on the structure,thermal,mechanical and electrical properties of copolymerized products are investigated.The results show that there is an elastic structure of ethylene propylene binary copolymer in the copolymer,and with the increase of ethylene propylene ratio,the rubber phase content increases from 28.56%to 37.62%.The highest thermal deformation temperature of the copolymer is 106.32℃.The high melting temperature indicates that it is suitable for higher ambient temperatures.At both room temperature and low temperature,the impact strength of copolymers is much higher than that of homopolymer polypropylene;The tensile strength and fracture strength of the copolymer are lower than those of homopolymer polypropylene,but overall higher,indicating good mechanical properties of the copolymer.The volume resistivity,dielectric constant and breakdown strength of the copolymer are all higher than those of homopolymer polypropylene.Homopolymer polypropylene has the highest dielectric loss,indicating that the rubber formed by copolymerization has a significant effect on improving the insulation performance of the material.
