汽车发动机用脱酮肟型RTV-1硅橡胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：选用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,二甲基硅油为增塑剂,以纳米碳酸钙和气相二氧化硅复配为填料,最后加入交联剂、偶联剂以及催化剂等辅助助剂,制备了一种适用于汽车发动机的RTV-1硅橡胶。试验考查了107硅橡胶、交联剂和填料种类,氧化铈用量对硅橡胶的耐机油性能的影响。结果表明,优选50 Pa·s的107胶为基础胶料,较佳的交联剂为乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、四丁酮肟基硅烷按1∶1混制,纳米碳酸钙与气相二氧化硅复配为补强填料,氧化铈用量为10份,制得的RTV-1硅橡胶具有优异的耐机油性,可应用于发动机、变速箱等汽车零配件密封,在125℃的75w-90齿轮油中老化100 h后,拉伸强度的保持率可达到80%。An RTV-1 silicone rubber suitable for automotive engines is prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base rubber,dimethyl silicone oil as the plasticizer,nano calcium carbonate and gas-phase silica as fillers,and finally with adding auxiliary additives such as crosslinking agents,coupling agents and catalysts.The experiment investigates the effects of 107 silicone rubber,crosslinking agents and fillers,as well as the amount of cerium oxide on the engine oil resistance of silicone rubber.The results show that when the 50 Pa·s 107 rubber is used as the base material,the mixture of vinyl tributyl ketone oxime silanes and tetra butanone oxime silanes(1∶1)is used as the crosslinking agent,nano calcium carbonate compounded with gas-phase silica is used as the reinforcing filler,and the amount of cerium oxide is 10 parts,the prepared RTV-1 silicone rubber has excellent engine oil resistance and can be used for sealing automotive parts such as engines and transmissions.After aging for 100 h in 75w-90 gear oil at 125℃,the retention rate of tensile strength can reach 80%.
