基于UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS的地榆三萜类化合物化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用超高效液相色谱和四极杆串联飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS)法对地榆提取物中的三萜类化合物进行化学成分分析。采用Waters ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L/min,柱温为30℃。在负离子模式下,毛细管电压为2.5 k V,锥孔电压为40 V,脱溶剂气流速为600L/h,脱溶剂气温度为400℃,离子源温度为100℃。地榆提取物共鉴定出45个化学成分,其中有15个三萜类化合物和30个酚酸类化合物。地榆中三萜类成分的鉴定,能够为地榆的药效物质基础提供实验依据。The chemical composition analysis of triterpenoid compounds in Sanguisorba officinalis L.extract is performed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS).A Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)is employed for gradient elution,with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile solution.The flow rate is 0.3 mL/min,and the column temperature is maintained at 30℃.In the negative ion mode,the capillary voltage is 2.5 kV,the cone voltage is 40 V,the ion source temperature is 100℃,the desolvation gas temperature is 400℃,and the desolvation gas flow rate is 600 L/h.A total of 45 chemical constituents,including 15 triterpenoids and 30 phenolic acids,are identified in the Sanguisorba officinalis L.extract.The identification of triterpenoids composition in Sanguisorba officinalis L.can provide experimental evidence for the pharmacodynamic substance basis.
