摘  要:地下水污染影响着水资源的可持续利用及人体健康,因此,提出基于溶剂梯度双柱循环色谱的地下水污染物测定方法。采集样本,针对有机氯农药、六氯苯有机磷农药以及氯化联苯等污染物,采用双柱循环设计,通过优化溶剂梯度条件,提高色谱分析的分离效率和灵敏度,获得地下水样本的收率、峰面积以及相对浓度等的测定结果。结果显示,该方法应用下洗脱剂含水率为13%;加标回收率在82.2%~104.4%之间,相对标准偏差在0.84%~2.71%之间,检出限在0.02~0.11之间,均达到设计标准;污染物全部检出。Groundwater pollution affects the sustainable utilization of water resources and human health.Therefore,a method for determining groundwater pollutants based on solvent gradient dual column cyclic chromatography is proposed.The samples of pollutants collected,such as organochlorine pesticides,hexachlorobenzene organophosphorus pesticides,and chlorinated biphenyls.A dual column circulation design is adopted,and the solvent gradient conditions are optimized to improve the separation efficiency and sensitivity of chromatographic analysis,and the determination results of groundwater sample yield,peak area and relative concentration are obtained.The results show that the water content of the eluent is 13%using this method;The recovery rate of spikied recovery rate is between 82.2%and 104.4%,the relative standard deviation is between 0.84%and 2.71%,and the detection limit is in the range of 0.02 to 0.11,all of which can meet the design standards;All the pollutants have been detected.
