中国沿海地区海洋资源与海洋流多元时空匹配格局及驱动因素分析

摘　　要：准确判断我国海洋资源与海洋流多元匹配状况是推动我国海洋经济高质量发展的重要任务.选取2010—2020年中国沿海11省(市、自治区)数据,采用社会网络分析法及基尼系数等方法对沿海省市海洋资源自然-社会-海洋流三维系统的匹配度和影响因素进行了定量评价和综合分析.结果显示:①沿海11省市海洋自然资源、社会资源和海洋流禀赋水平大体呈上升趋势,但省际之间增长差异较大.②三元匹配以天津和上海最均衡,匹配度平均水平最高.三元匹配在发展到2020年,极不匹配类型消失,海洋流与本土资源融合趋势明显.③资源禀赋、市场化程度、基础建设对海洋资源三元匹配具有正向显著影响,但空间差异突出.研究为沿海经济带协调可持续发展及政策制定具有重要的理论和实践意义.Accurately judging the multiple matching status of China’s marine resources and ocean currents is an important task to promote the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.In this paper,the data from 11 coastal provinces and municipalities(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2010 to 2020 were selected.The matching degree and influencing factors of the three-dimensional system of nature-society-ocean flow of marine resources in coastal provinces and cities were quantitatively evaluated and comprehensively analyzed by using social network analysis and Gini coefficient.The results show that:①The levels of marine natural resources,social resources and ocean current endowment in the 11 coastal provinces and cities generally showed an upward trend,but there were large differences between provinces.②The ternary matching was the most balanced in Tianjin and Shanghai,and the average matching degree was the highest.In 2020,the ternary matching type will disappear,and the integration trend of ocean currents and local resources became obvious.③Resource endowment,marketization degree and infrastructure had a positive and significant impact on the ternary matching of marine resources,but the spatial differences were prominent.This research has important theoretical and practical significance for the coordinated sustainable development and policy formulation of the coastal economic belt.
