河北省城市化与经济发展耦合协调关系和障碍度研究

摘　　要：为研究河北省城市化与经济发展间的耦合协调关系,基于河北省11个地级市2012—2021年的面板数据,构建河北省城市化与经济发展的评价指标体系,采用熵权法为各指标赋予权重,利用耦合协调模型进行分析,并运用障碍度模型探究影响两系统的障碍因素.结果表明:①河北省11个地级市的城市化系统与经济发展系统的耦合协调度在2012—2021年中,总体上呈现出上升的趋势,但是有地区差异的存在.石家庄市和唐山市经历了从初级协调向中级协调再到良好协调的稳步发展过程.其他9个城市没有达到良好协调状态,说明未来其耦合协调仍然有上升的空间.②制约河北省城市化与经济协调发展的主要障碍因素包括城区人口、建成区面积、人均地区生产总值、社会消费品零售总额等.To study the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and economic development in Hebei province.Based on the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei province from 2012 to 2021,an evaluation index system of urbanization and economic development of Hebei province was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to assign weights to each index,coupled coordination model was used for analysis,and obstacle degree model was used to explore the obstacle factors affecting the two systems.The results show that:①The coupling coordination degree of urbanization system and economic development system of in the prefecture-level cities of Hebei province shows a rising trend from 2012 to 2021,but there are regional differences.Shijiazhuang city and Tangshan city have experienced a steady development process from primary coordination to intermediate coordination and then to good coordination.The other 9 cities have not get reached a state fo good coordination state,indicating that there is still room for the future of their coupling coordination.②The main obstacles to the coordinated development of urbanization and economy in Hebei province include urban population,built-up area,per capita gross regional product,total retail sales of consumer goods,and other factors.
