摘 要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对“双减”背景下中小学生体育学业增值评价的概念进行诠释,辨析了其价值:优化学业评价,彰显公平属性;提升评价水平,推动教育科学;发挥激励效能,促进学生进步.同时,明确了中小学生体育学业增值评价的逻辑:创新评价理念,改革课程体系;塑造学校特色,升级评价模式;激发教师潜能,优化评价方法;同步知识技能,精准评价反馈.基于以上,提出了“双减”背景下中小学生体育学业增值评价的路径:树立发展理念,明确学业增值评价目标;立足课堂教学,完善学业增值评价体系;关注技术变革,创新学业增值评价方法;深入科学分析,丰富学业增值评价工具.The concept of value-added assessment of primary and secondary school students’physical education under the background of“double reduction”is interpreted by using the literature method and logical analysis method,and its value is analyzed:optimize the academic assessment and show the attribute of fairness;improve the assessment level and promote the science of education;and give play to the effectiveness of motivation and promote the progress of students.At the same time,the logic of value-added assessment of primary and secondary school students’physical education is clarified:innovate the assessment concept and reform the curriculum system;shape the school characteristics and upgrade the assessment mode;stimulate the potential of teachers and optimize the assessment method;synchronize the knowledge and skills and provide accurate assessment feedback.Based on the above,the path of value-added assessment of primary and secondary school students’physical education under the background of“double reduction”is proposed:establish the development concept,clarify the goal of value-added assessment;improve the value-added assessment system based on classroom teaching;pay attention to the technological change,innovate the value-added assessment methods;and enrich the value-added assessment tools by in-depth scientific analysis.
