摘　　要：新时代加强青年网络文明培育具有重大意义,这不仅是培育堪当民族复兴时代新人的题中之义,还是凝心聚力助力网络强国建设的内在要求,更是建设中华民族现代文明的内生动力。网络作为“最大变量”,带来诸多便利的同时也催生了青年思想失守、文化失范、行为失度、价值失衡等负面影响。为此,要坚持以思想指引为导向,以文化培育为基础,实践养成为关键,综合治网为保障,共建共享为目标,提升新时代青年网络文明素养,构筑网络美好精神家园。It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of youth network civilization in the new era,which is not only the meaning of cultivating new people worthy of the era of national rejuvenation,but also the internal requirement of cohesion to help the construction of a network power,and it is also the endogenous driving force for the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.As the"biggest variable",the Internet has brought many conveniences,but also has given rise to negative impacts such as youth behavior,ideological loss,cultural anomie,and value imbalance.To this end,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of ideology,the foundation of cultural cultivation,the key to practical cultivation,the comprehensive governance of the Internet as the guarantee,and the goal of joint construction and sharing,so as to improve the literacy of young people in the new era of Internet civilization and build a beautiful spiritual home for the Internet.
