摘　　要：高校共青团是做好青年工作的重要力量,也是凝聚人心、汇聚力量的统战力量。发挥高校共青团在大统战工作格局中的作用,既是实现中华民族伟大复兴的现实需要,也是顺应社会时代变革的发展要求。针对高校共青团在做好统战工作上还存在对大统战格局认识不到位、工作体制机制不健全、工作力量较为薄弱、工作内容与方法不够深刻丰富等方面的问题,需要从提高思想认识、完善体制机制、强化组织建设、创新内容形式等方面夯实统战基础、增强统战效能、整合统战资源、激发统战活力,从而组织动员青年学生将青春奋斗投入国家建设和民族复兴的伟大事业之中,培养担当大任的时代新人。The Communist Youth League of colleges and universities is an important force for doing youth-related work and also a united front force for rallying hearts and gathering strength. It is necessary to leverage the role of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities in the overall situation of the united front work. This is not only a practical need for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation but also a development requirement in line with the changes of the times. In view of the problems that the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities still has in doing united front work, such as insufficient understanding of the overall situation of the united front, incomplete work systems and mechanisms, relatively weak working strength, and insufficient depth and richness of work contents and methods, efforts should be made to consolidate the foundation of united front work, enhance the effectiveness of united front work, integrate united front resources, and stimulate the vitality of united front work. Thus, young students can be organized and mobilized to devote their youthful efforts to the great cause of national construction and the great rejuvenation of the nation, and cultivate new era individuals who are capable of taking on major responsibilities.
