摘  要:随着“双碳”政策的进一步实施和完善,温室气体监测成为全面掌握温室气体排放及其环境、气候效应,并预测其未来变化的重要保障。为有效消除空气中水汽对气体监测的影响,系统采用二级冷阱对进入分析仪的样气进行除湿处理,并配备多位选择阀和高精度质量流量控制器以实现自动化控制。在系统软件控制下,系统能够实时在线监测气体的流路、流量、温度和湿度等参数。测试结果表明,经二级超低温冷阱除湿后的样气,其水含量小于0.05%;通入不同体积分数的CO_(2)/CH_(4)标气,测量值的相对误差小于0.07%。由此可见,基于二级冷阱技术的气体进样处理与控制系统,能够有效去除样气中的水汽,降低水汽对分析设备的干扰,从而提高测量精度。With the further implementation and improvement of the"dual carbon"policy,greenhouse gas monito-ring has become an important guarantee for comprehensively understanding greenhouse gas emissions and their environ-mental and climate effects,and predicting their future changes.To effectively eliminate the influence of water vapor in the air on gas monitoring,the system adopts a two-stage cold trap to dehumidify the sample gas entering the analyzer,and is equipped with multiple selection valves and high-precision mass flow controllers to achieve automated control.Under the control of system software,the system can monitor real-time parameters such as gas flow path,flow rate,temperature,and humidity online.The test results show that the water content of the sample gas after dehumidification by the secondary ultra-low temperature trap is less than 0.05%;By introducing CO_(2)/CH_(4) standard gases with different volume fractions,the relative error of the measured values is less than 0.07%.It can be seen that the gas injection processing and control system based on the secondary cold trap technology can effectively remove water vapor in the sam-ple gas,reduce the interference of water vapor on the analysis equipment,and thus improve the measurement accuracy.
