摘  要:在石油钻采作业中,监测油井套管螺纹连接时的扭矩具有重要意义。针对这一需求,研发了无线扭矩圈数测量短节,并为其配套设计了基于Qt平台的PC端控制监测软件。该软件通过RS-485总线与集中器微处理单元下位机实现通信,能够处理接收的信号并生成图形界面,标记峰值扭矩位置并支持用户修正。系统还具备数据对比分析、报表生成及导出打印功能,能在套管上扣操作失败时即时报警,确保安全生产。详细阐述了系统通信协议的设计,包括物理层、数据链路层、应用层的设计,以及主机软件设计。电池放电测试结果表明,电池在剩余电量突变前可持续放电6.5 Ah,预测常温环境下可连续工作9.5 d。一体化无线扭矩圈数测量短节上位机的成功研制为石油钻采作业提供了有效的扭矩监测解决方案。Monitoring the torque during the threaded connection of oil well casing is of great significance in petroleum drilling and production operations.In response to this demand,a wireless torque measurement short section is developed,and a PC control monitoring software based on the Qt platform is designed to support it.This software communicates with the lower computer of the concentrator microprocessor unit through the RS-485 bus,processes received signals,generates a graphical interface,marks peak torque positions,and supports user correction.The system also has functions such as data comparison and analysis,report generation,and export printing.It can provide instant alarms when the sleeve fastening operation fails to ensure safe production.The design of the system communication protocol is elaborated in detail,including the design of the physical layer,data link layer,application layer,and host software design.The battery discharge test results show that the battery can sustain a discharge of 6.5 Ah before the remaining power suddenly changes,and it is predicted to work continuously for 9.5 days at room temperature.The successful development of an integrated wireless torque measurement short section upper computer provides an effective torque monitoring solution for oil drilling and production operations.
