摘  要:为了满足供热及制冷等工业现场对流量及热量计量的高要求,开发了一款热控计费仪。采用STM32F407单片机作为核心处理器,结合ADS1220高精度A/D芯片、阀门控制及Wi-Fi通信模块等硬件资源,设计并实现了热量计费控制器的硬件平台。通过编程实现远程监控和计费管理功能,以及灵活的介质热焓表调整机制。测试结果表明:该热量控制器能够实时获取工业现场的流量及热量数据,并进行精确计量;通过调整介质热焓表,该控制器能够适用于不同的测量场合,展现出良好的适用性。该热控计费仪的成功开发有望为系统节能降耗及贸易结算提供有力支持。In order to meet the high requirements of flow and heat metering in industrial sites such as heating and cooling,a thermal control billing instrument was developed.A hardware platform of a heat billing controller was designed and implemented using STM32F407 microcontroller as the core processor,combined with ADS1220 high-precision A/D chip,valve control,Wi-Fi communication module and other hardware resources.Remote monitoring and billing manage-ment functions are achieved through programming,as well as a flexible mechanism for adjusting the enthalpy meter of the medium.The test results show that the heat controller can obtain real-time flow and heat data from industrial sites and accurately measure them.By adjusting the enthalpy table of the medium,the controller can be applied to different meas-urement scenarios,demonstrating good applicability.The successful development of this thermal control billing device is expected to provide strong support for system energy conservation,consumption reduction,and trade settlement.
