摘  要:为了提升高炉煤气的计量准确性,业界持续探索和实践高效的高炉煤气精准计量方法。通过计量器具的选型、计量结果的比对验证、湿度补偿及异常数据诊断等多个环节,优化高炉煤气计量体系,降低煤气计量误差率。实践检验结果证明,优化设备选型和强化过程比对验证,以及运用信息化手段实施数据管控,可以确保煤气数据的准确性,从而有效推动企业煤气系统的成本节约与能效提升。In order to improve the measuring accuracy of blast furnace gas,the industry continues to explore and practice efficient and precise measurement methods for blast furnace gas.By selecting measuring instruments,comparing and verifying measurement results,compensating for humidity,and diagnosing abnormal data,the blast furnace gas measurement system is optimized to reduce the gas measurement error rate.The practical test results have proved that optimizing equipment selection and strengthening process comparison verification,as well as implementing data control through information technology,can ensure the accuracy of gas data,thereby effectively promoting cost savings and energy efficiency improvement of enterprise gas systems.
