摘　　要：对渣油加氢高压滴灌测量引线在实际应用中出现的冲洗油线卡套脱落的问题进行了分析,通过增加一体双芯止回阀和溢流阀的方案,对测量引线的设计进行了优化。旨在降低渣油泄漏风险,提高装置运行的稳定性与安全性。The issue of the flushing oil line ferrule falling off in the practical application of the measurement lead for high-pressure drip irrigation in residue oil hydrogenation was analyzed.It optimizes the design of the measurement lead by adopting a solution that includes adding a dual-core integrated check valve and a relief valve.The aim is to reduce the risk of residue oil leakage and improve the stability and safety of the device operation.
