摘  要:在UE2825DV牌号乙烯-醋酸乙烯(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate,EVA)产品的生产过程中,由于EVA塑料粒子的高黏度和高粉尘特性,脱气送风装置低料位开关频繁误动作,并且在风机切换时出现脱气风量低流量联锁故障,严重影响了装置的安全稳定运行。针对这两个问题,基于专利商提供的联锁逻辑对控制逻辑进行了改进,优化了脱气送风联锁系统,有效降低了料位开关误动作次数,实现了装置的长期稳定运行。During the production process of UE2825DV grade Ethylene Vinyl Acetate(EVA)products,the high viscosity and high dustiness of EVA plastic particles frequently caused the low level switch of the degassing air supply device to malfunctions.Additionally,during fan switching,a low degassing air flow interlock fault occurred,which severely affected the safe and stable operation of the unit.In response to these two issues,the control logic was improved based on the interlock logic provided by the patent holder,and the deaeration air supply interlock system was optimized,effectively reducing the number of misoperations of the level switch and achieving long-term stable operation of the device.
