摘 要:以开式横流冷却塔为研究对象,研究其在非采暖季的逆用吸热性能,以解决地源热泵系统运行过程中的土壤失衡问题。基于北京市海淀区某工程项目,建立了开式横流冷却塔的传热传质数学模型,并采用Matlab软件进行求解。实验结果显示,模拟值与实验值的误差在±3%以内。通过模拟分析,得出了冷却塔内湿空气与溶液的换热效率和能效比,并确定了该工程项目冷却塔为土壤补热的最佳进口液气比,以期为提高地源热泵系统在冬季的运行性能提供有效方法。Taking the open cross-flow cooling tower as the research object,the reverse heat absorption performance of the tower in non-heating season is studied to solve the problem of soil imbalance during the operation of ground source heat pump systems.A mathematical model for heat and mass transfer of an open-cross flow cooling tower was established and solved using Matlab software based on a project in Haidian District,Beijing.The experimental results show that the error between the simulated values and the experimental values is within±3%.Through simulation analysis,the heat transfer efficiency and energy efficiency ratio between humid air and solution in the cooling tower were obtained,and the optimal inlet liquid-to-gas ratio for soil heating in the cooling tower of the project was determined,in order to provide an effective method for improving the operational performance of the ground source heat pump system in winter.
