摘  要:矿用电缆负载燃烧试验机在评估煤矿用电缆及非金属电缆中间接头负载燃烧性能方面起着重要作用,其测试结果直接影响矿下作业的安全性,但目前国内在该设备的校准方面仍缺乏有效手段。深入分析了影响阻燃测试结果的核心计量性能指标,并据此开发了一套矿用电缆负载燃烧试验机的校准方法。大量实验验证及不确定度评估表明,该方法能够准确评估试验机的计量性能,确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性,对完善矿用试验设备的量值溯源体系及提升矿下作业安全标准具有一定的参考价值。The mining cable load combustion testing machine plays an important role in evaluating the cable load combustion performance of coal mine cables and non-metallic cable connecting joints.Its test results directly affect the safety of underground operations,but currently there is still a lack of effective means for calibration of this equipment in China.We conducted an in-depth analysis of the core metrological performance indicators that affect the results of flame retardant testing,and based on this,developed a calibration method for a mining cable load combustion testing machine.A large number of experimental verifications and uncertainty evaluations have shown that this method can accurately eval-uate the metrological performance of testing machines,ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results,and has certain reference value for improving the measurement traceability system of mining testing equipment and enhancing safety standards for underground operations.
