摘　　要：矿用防爆产品主要分为隔爆型、本安型、浇封型等,其中隔爆型应用最广。爆炸试验是评估隔爆型电气产品是否符合标准并适用于爆炸危险环境的关键依据。为检验隔爆型电气产品的防爆性能,研制了一套隔爆试验检测系统,该系统结合爆炸罐、硬件控制系统和测试软件,实现了自动化控制。实测结果表明,该系统稳定性高、数据准确可靠,有效提升了检验效率。Mining explosion-proof products are mainly divided into explosion-proof type,intrinsic safety type,and sealed type,etc.,among which explosion-proof type is the most widely used.Explosion test is the key basis for evaluating whether explosion-proof electrical products meet standards and are suitable for explosive hazardous environments.A set of explosion-proof test and detection system was developed to test the explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof electri-cal products.The system combines an explosion tank,hardware control system,and testing software to achieve automated control.The actual test results show that the system has high stability,accurate and reliable data,and effectively improves the inspection efficiency.
