摘 要:数字转型升级背景下,社会对人才的需求也在发生深刻的变化。企业越来越重视员工的创新能力、学习能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。在此背景下,高职云计算课程需要紧跟时代步伐,不仅注重专业知识、实践技能的传授,更要致力于提升学生的道德素质和社会责任感。行动导向教学法以项目和任务为核心,建立“四位一体”的双师团队、创建沉浸式学习环境和构建多元多维评价体系,通过“获取信息、制定计划、做出决定、实施计划以及检查与评价”五步教学法组织教学,确保学生在理解理论的同时增强职业技能和综合素质。In the context of digital transformation and up-grading,the demand for talents in society is also undergoing profound changes.Enterprises are paying more and more at-tention to employees'ability to innovate,learn and solve complex problems.In this context,vocational education cloud computing courses naturally need to keep abreast of the times,not only focusing on the teaching of professional knowledge and practical skills,but also being dedicated to enhancing students'moral quality and social responsibility.To this end,action-oriented teaching method can be intro-duced.The action-oriented teaching method focuses on pro-jects and tasks,establishes a"four-in-one"dual-teacher team,creates an immersive learning environment and a mul-ti-dimensional evaluation system,and organizes teaching through the five-step teaching method of"obtaining infor-mation,making plans,making decisions,implementing plans,and checking and evaluating",Ensuring that students not only understand theory but also enhance their vocational skills and overall qualities.
