摘  要:为降低地下水浮力对建筑物造成的危害,结合非预应力全长黏结抗浮锚杆和预应力抗浮锚杆的特点,提出一种新型全黏结预应力抗浮锚杆施工方法。该方法采用预应力钢筋、筏板预应力段结构、防水层及以下全黏结段结构,并结合二次注浆技术。筏板中的锚杆段为预应力段,预应力筋张拉后锚入筏板;防水层及以下的锚杆段为全黏结段,在全黏结段采用二次注浆技术;筏板底板防水在抗浮锚杆位置采用五道防水密封。与传统抗浮锚杆相比,该方法可以减少钢筋用量、节约人工成本、提高施工效率,并极大地缩短施工工期,因此特别适用于地下水位较低但抗浮要求高的建筑结构。通过实践证明,该方法在上述条件下表现出色,可为此类工程提供有益的借鉴。In order to reduce the harm caused by groundwater buoyancy to buildings,a new construction method of fully bonded prestressed anti-floating anchors is proposed by combining the characteristics of non-prestressed full-length bonded anti-floating anchors and prestressed anti-floating anchors.In this method,the prestressed steel bar,the prestressed section structure of the raft,the waterproof layer and the following fully bonded section structure are adopted,and the secondary grouting technology is combined.The anchor rod section in the raft is a prestressed section,and the prestressed tendon is anchored into the raft after tensioning;The anchor section below the waterproof layer is a fully bonded section,and the secondary grouting technology is adopted in the fully bonded section;The bottom plate of the raft is waterproof,and five waterproof seals are used at the position of the anti-floating anchors.Compared with the traditional anti-floating bolts,this method can reduce the amount of reinforcement,save labor costs,improve construction efficiency,and greatly shorten the construction period,so it is especially suitable for building structures with low groundwater level but high anti-floating requirements.It has been proved that this method performs well under the above conditions,which can provide a useful reference for such projects.
