摘 要:为探究半刚性路面在交通荷载作用下反射裂缝的发展规律及不同裂缝形态下的应力变化趋势,以应力强度因子作为裂缝应力强度的表征对象,通过改变倾斜裂缝的角度、长度及交通荷载大小,研究应力强度因子在荷载移动过程中的变化情况。研究结果表明:1)张开型应力强度因子K_(Ⅰ)随反射裂缝与交通荷载倾斜角度的增大而减小,在倾角从0°增大至30°的过程中,K_(Ⅰ)峰值降低了33.74%;剪切型应力强度因子K_(Ⅱ)的变化趋势与此相反,随着倾角增大至30°,K_(Ⅱ)峰值增加了90.7%;2)当倾斜角度为30°时,K_(Ⅰ)、K_(Ⅱ)均随裂缝长度增加而增加,横向对比发现,K_Ⅰ受裂缝长度的影响更为明显,在同一裂缝长度条件下,K_(Ⅰ)的增长幅度较K_(Ⅱ)大约高出32%;3)在交通荷载增加过程中,K_(Ⅰ)峰值由0.235 MPa·m^(1/2)增大至0.375 MPa·m^(1/2),增幅达59.6%,且综合应力强度因子与交通荷载成正比关系。本文研究成果对半刚性路面结构裂缝病害的合理评价和反射裂缝的养护处置具有一定的工程应用价值。In order to explore the development law of reflection cracks in semi-rigid pavement under traffic load and the stress change trend under different crack morphologies,the stress intensity factor is used as the characterization object of crack stress intensity,and the change of stress intensity factor in the process of load movement is studied by changing the angle,length and traffic load of inclined crack.The results show that:1)The open stress intensity factor K_(Ⅰ)decreases with the increase of the inclination angle of the reflection crack and the traffic load,and the peak value of K_(Ⅰ)decreases by 33.74%when the inclination angle increases from 0°to 30°;and the trend of shear stress intensity factor K_(Ⅱ)is opposite,and the peak value of K_(Ⅱ)increases 90.7%with the increase of inclination angle to 30°.2)When the inclination angle is 30°,both K_(Ⅰ)and K_(Ⅱ)increase with the increase of crack length.Lateral comparison shows that K_(Ⅰ)is more significantly affected by crack length.Under the same crack length,the growth rate of K_(Ⅰ)is about 32%higher than that of K_(Ⅱ);3)In the process of increasing traffic load,the peak value of KI increases from 0.235 MPa·m^(1/2)to 0.375 MPa·m^(1/2),an increase of 59.6%,and the comprehensive stress intensity factor is proportional to the traffic load.The research results have certain engineering application value for the reasonable evaluation of cracks in semi-rigid pavement structures and the maintenance and disposal of reflection cracks.
