摘  要:为明确植物促生菌(Paenibacillus sp.)CBP-2对盐胁迫下作物种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响,选取典型园艺作物(小白菜)及粮食作物(玉米、小麦)为试材,采用培养皿滤床催芽法研究l盐胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗生长指标及生理活性的影响。结果表明,与不添加NaCl的对照组相比,在8 g/L NaCl盐胁迫下,小白菜、玉米及小麦幼苗生长被显著抑制;接种适宜浓度CBP-2发酵液可有效缓解盐胁迫对种子和幼苗带来的伤害,菌株CBP-2缓解小白菜、玉米及小麦不同作物盐胁迫效果最佳的发酵液浓度不同,分别为稀释40倍、80倍和80倍。To clarify the effects of silicon releasing Paenibacillus sp.CBP-2 on crop seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics under salt stress,typical horticultural(Chinese cabbage)and grain crop(maize and wheat)varieties were selected as test materials.The effects of inoculating different concentrations of target strains on seed germination,seedling growth indicators,and physiological activity changes under salt stress were studied using a culture dish filter bed germination method.The results showed that compared with the control group without NaCl,the growth of Chinese cabbage,corn,and wheat seedlings was significantly inhibited under 8 g/L NaCl.Inoculating CBP-2 fermentation broth at an appropriate concentration can effectively alleviate the damage caused by salt stress to seeds and seedlings.The optimal fermentation broth concentration for strain CBP-2 to alleviate salt stress in different crops such as Chinese cabbage,corn,and wheat varies,with dilutions of 40 times,80 times,and 80 times,respectively.
