月季灰霉病病原鉴定及其对植物激素的响应特征

摘  要:为了明确江南地区月季灰霉病的病原菌,采用组织分离培养法对田间发病的月季进行灰霉病病原菌分离纯化,通过观察病原菌的菌落形态及显微结构,结合ITS基因测序结果构建系统发育树。结果表明,患病菌株为灰葡萄孢菌(B.cinerea)。进一步探究月季对灰霉病抗性与多种植物激素之间的关系,利用赤霉素(GA 3)、脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、水杨酸(MeSA)、生长素类似物(NAA)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)等6种外源植物激素处理月季花瓣后接种灰霉病。结果显示,经过MeJA、MeSA、6-BA处理后的月季花瓣减轻了灰霉病的发病程度,推测这3种植物激素可以提高月季花瓣对灰霉病的抗性,而GA 3、ABA、NAA无明显作用。In order to clarify the pathogen of rose Gray mold in the southern Jiangsu region,the tissue separation and culture method was used in this study to isolate and purify the pathogenic bacteria of gray mold disease in the field.By observing the colony morphology and microstructure of the pathogen,combining the results of ITS gene sequence to construct the phylogenetic tree,the results showed that the bacterium was B.cinerea.To further explore the relationship between the resistance to gray mold and a variety of plant hormones,exogenous plant hormones were used to treat the rose petals and then inoculated with B.cinerea.The six hormones were gibberellin(GA 3),abscisic acid(ABA),methyl jasmine(MeJA),salicylic acid(MeSA),auxin analog(NAA),cytokinin(6-BA).The results showed that the rose petals treated with MeJA,MeSA,and 6-BA reduced the disease degree of Gray mold,we speculated that these three plant hormones could improve the resistance of rose petals to Gray mold,while GA 3,ABA,and NAA had no obvious effect.
