摘　　要：为明确烤烟新品种湘烟7号在黔南烟区的适宜移栽期,设置3个移栽期进行大田试验,分析不同移栽期对湘烟7号农艺性状、经济性状和烟叶质量的影响,并通过模糊综合评价方法对烟叶质量进行综合评价。结果表明,4月11日移栽的经济性状表现较好,产量达2819 kg/hm^(2),产值达90779.68元/hm^(2);就中部叶而言,外观质量和化学成分S 1处理较其他处理表现更优,AQI指数为87.8,CCUI指数为87.75;在物理特性方面,S 3、S 1处理优于S 2处理;在感官评吸方面,延后常规移栽期S 3处理的香气质、香气量、杂气、刺激性和余味得分更高。综合四个评价指标,各处理综合排序为S 1>S 2>S 3。研究表明,在黔南烟区适当提前移栽期(4月11日)可有效提高烟叶的经济性状,有利于烤烟中部叶品质的提升,保证优质适产、满足工业生产需求。To learn about the suitable transplanting period of the new flue-cured tobacco variety Xiangyan7 in the tobacco area of southern Qiannan,the field experiment was conducted three transplanting times impact the agricultural characteristics,economic characteristics,and tobacco quality of Xiangyan7,with the quality of tobacco leaves being assessed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the economic traits of transplanting on April 11 were better,with a yield of 2819 kg/hm^(2) and an output value of 90779.68 yuan/hm^(2).For the middle lobe,the appearance quality and chemical composition S 1 treatment performed better than other treatments,with an AQI index of 87.8 and a CCUI index of 87.75,and in terms of physical properties,S 3 and S 1 treatments were better than those of S 2 treatment.In terms of sensory evaluation,the scores of aroma quality,aroma volume,miscellaneous gas,irritation and aftertaste were higher in the S 3 treatment after the delayed conventional transplanting period.The four evaluation indicators were synthesized,and the comprehensive ranking of each treatment was S 1>S 2>S 3.The results showed that the appropriate advance of the transplanting period(April 11)in the tobacco area of southern Qiannan could effectively improve the economic traits of tobacco leaves,which was conducive to the improvement of the quality of the middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco,and ensured the high quality and suitable yield to meet the needs of industrial production.
