摘 要:目的对飞行学员进行静态视敏度(static visual acuity,SVA)、动态视敏度(dynamic visual acuity,DVA)、主观视觉垂直线(subjective visual vertical,SVV)与主观视觉水平线(subjective visual horizontal,SVH)试验,建立飞行学员SVA、DVA、SVV与SVH正常参考值范围。方法选取健康男性飞行学员146名,分别进行SVA、DVA、SVV与SVH试验,分析SVA、DVA、SVV与SVH的试验结果并得出参考值范围。结果146名飞行学员SVA平均值为(-0.30±0.02)LogMar,参考值范围是≤-0.27 LogMar,不同方向DVA差值的平均值均<0.1 LogMar,参考值范围均≤0.3 LogMar。SVA与四个方向中任意一个方向摇头时的DVA结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SVV的偏差角度为0.61°±1.21°,参考值范围为-1.37°~2.59°;SVH的偏差角度为0.40°±1.28°,参考值范围为-1.70°~2.50°;SVV与SVH的偏差角度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究结果提示SVA与DVA之间的相关性与不同转头方向有关,在头直位下SVV与SVH不可相互代替。通过对飞行学员进行SVA、DVA、SVV与SVH评估并探究其参考值范围,为评价飞行学员的前庭功能提供理论基础。Objective To establish normal reference ranges of static visual acuity(SVA),dynamic visual acuity(DVA),subjective visual vertical(SVV)and subjective visual horizontal(SVH)based on data from flight trainees.Methods One hundred and forty-six male flight trainees were recruited and underwent SVA,DVA,SVV and SVH tests to derive reference values ranges.Results The mean SVA was(-0.30±0.02)LogMar,for a reference range of≤-0.27 LogMar.The mean DVA differential in different directions was<0.1 LogMar,for a reference range of no more than 0.3 LogMar.The differences between SVA and the DVA during head shaking in any of the four directions were statistically significant(P<0.01).The mean SVV deviation was 0.61°±1.21°,for a reference range between-1.37°and 2.59°,while the mean SVH deviation was 0.40°±1.28°,for a reference range between-1.70°and 2.50°;and the difference between SVV and SVH deviations was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that the correlation between SVA and DVA is related to the direction of head-turning,and that SVV and SVH are not interchangeable in the head-straight position.Evaluating SVA,DVA,SVV and SVH and determing their reference value ranges can provide a theoretical basis for assessing vestibular functions in flight trainees.
