摘 要:听力损失(hearing loss,HL)是最常见的感觉缺陷,感音神经性HL是耳蜗功能障碍导致的最常见症状,目前尚无有效的治疗方法。助听器和人工耳蜗仍是目前听力言语康复的主要选择。儿童和青少年HL后,患焦虑和抑郁等精神心理健康疾病的风险很大,其多表现在情绪和行为方面。针对儿童和青少年HL的听觉言语康复与心理健康的关系,我们怎么样去评估和干预心理健康对其听觉言语康复的影响将在本文中展开阐述。Hearing loss(HL)is the most common sensory deficit.Sensorineural hearing loss is the most frequently seen symptom of cochlear dysfunction,for which there is no effective treatment.Hearing aids and cochlear implants remain the primary options for hearing-speech rehabilitation.Children and adolescents with HL are at high risk for psychosocial disorders such as anxiety and depression,which are mostly emotional and behavioral in nature.In view of the relationship between auditory speech rehabilitation and the mental health in children and adolescents with HL,how to assess the influence of mental health on their auditory speech rehabilitation,as well interventions,will be elaborated in this article.
