摘 要:随着老龄化社会的到来,年龄相关性听力损失受到广泛关注。研究表明,年龄相关性听力损失不仅影响个体的听觉和言语的交流能力,还与认知功能下降有关。事件相关电位作为认知功能和中枢听觉处理能力的客观评估工具,越来越受到临床工作者和科研工作者的关注。我们聚焦于年龄相关性听力损失,通过事件相关电位技术检测年龄相关性听力损失对听觉皮层处理言语信息的影响,综述年龄相关性听力损失患者中枢听觉神经系统处理声信号、辅听装置(助听器或人工耳蜗)干预后康复效果及与认知功能发展之间的关系。In the aging society,age-related hearing loss has received a lot of attention.Studies have shown that age-related hearing loss not only affects an individual's auditory and speech communication abilities,but is also associated with cognitive decline.Event-related potentials,as an objective assessment tool for cognitive function and central auditory processing ability,have increasingly attracted attention from clinicians and researchers.In this report,we focused on age-related hearing loss and examined its effects on speech information processing in the auditory cortex,as well as reviewing the relationship between acoustic signals processing by the central auditory nervous system,rehabilitation outcomes intervention with assistive listening devices(hearing aids or cochlear implants)and cognitive function in patients with age-related hearing loss.
