摘　　要：耳声发射对侧抑制是常见的听觉传出神经功能检查方法。本文总结目前临床常用的三种耳声发射对侧抑制研究的相关文献,分别从测试原理,临床进展等角度进行分析。对比3种用于对侧抑制研究的耳声发射特征,为听觉传出神经功能的科研及临床研究提供参考。Contralateral inhibition of otoacoustic emissions is a common auditory efferent nerve function test.This paper summarizes the literatures on contralateral inhibition of otoacoustic emissions,which is commonly used in clinical studies,with an analysis of the test principles and recent progress in clinical applications.Characteristics of several types of otoacoustic emissions used in contralateral suppression were compared to provide useful information for basic and clinical research on auditory efferent nerve functions.
