《黄帝内经》清浊升降理论内涵及其在针刺临床中的指导意义

摘　　要：通过梳理《黄帝内经》中“清浊”相关条文,结合阴阳对立统一理论对清浊关系进行探析,总结发现清浊为与阴阳相似的对立、统一的一对关系,清浊之气的升降与人体气机密切相关;而在五脏中,因五脏生理特性的不同,又有“足太阴独受其浊”“手太阳独受阳之浊”以及“手太阴独受阴之清”的区别。同时,四时气候变化与清浊升降互应,清浊升降能调整人体以应对四季气候变化,可将天地阴阳与人体清浊互应之理应用于针刺临床治疗中。通过对清浊升降理论的分析与理解,为后续的辨证论治提供借鉴。By reviewing the relevant passages on"the clear and the turbid"(qing zhuo)in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),and analyzing their relationship through the theory of yin-yang opposition and unity,this study found that the clear and the turbid form a pair of opposing but unified concepts is similar to yin and yang.The ascending and descending movements of clear and turbid qi are closely related to the body's qi movement.Among the five zang organs,due to their different physiological characteristics,distinctions exist such as"the foot-taiyin channel exclusively receiving the turbid","the hand-taiyang channel exclusively receiving the turbid of yang,"and"the hand-taiyin channel exclusively receiving the clear of yin".Furthermore,seasonal climatic changes correspond to the ascending and descending movements of the clear and the turbid,which help the body adapt to seasonal variations.This principle of mutual correspondence between the macrocosmic yin-yang of nature and the microcosmic clear-turbid of human body can be applied in acupuncture clinical practice.By analyzing and understanding the theory of clear-turbid ascending-descending,this study can provide insights for syndrome differentiation and treatment in future practice.
