摘 要:针对固体推进剂包覆层的片状哑铃形试样在单轴拉伸试验过程中应力集中效应显著和试验结果离散性大的问题,提出了不饱和聚酯树脂包覆层的柱状拉伸试样设计方案。仿真模拟不同过渡半径下的片状试件和柱状试件,发现柱状式样在相同过渡半径下比片状试样更易断裂,特别在45 mm过渡半径下断裂时间最短;柱状试样的应力分布更均匀,集中区域较小。试验结果表明,柱状试样在-40、20、50℃的抗拉强度离散度为0.63%、0.41%和0.46%,伸长率离散度为0.70%、0.34%和0.51%;对比之下,片状试样抗拉强度离散度为2.03%、1.31%和1.26%,伸长率离散度为1.15%、1.05%和1.57%,柱状试样的有效数据离散度小于片状试样,实验数据有效率达92%。研究表明,柱状试样有效降低了应力集中导致的实验结果离散性;试样的最佳工程标距为12 mm,过渡半径为45 mm;柱状单轴拉伸试验方法有助于获得更可靠的测试结果。To address the significant stress concentration effects and large result dispersions observed in the uniaxial tensile tests of plate-shaped dumbbell specimens for solid propellant coating layers,a design for cylindrical tensile specimens with unsaturated polyester resin coating layers is proposed.Simulation of plate and cylindrical specimens with different transition radii reveals that the cylindrical samples are more prone to fracture than the plate-shaped specimens at the same transition radius,particularly exhibiting the shortest fracture time at a transition radius of 45 mm.The stress distribution in the cylindrical specimens is more uniform with smaller concentrated areas.Experimental results show that the tensile strength dispersion of cylindrical specimens at-40℃,20℃,and 50℃is 0.63%,0.41%,and 0.46%,respectively,while the elongation rate dispersion is 0.70%,0.34%,and 0.51%.In contrast,the tensile strength dispersion for plate specimens is 2.03%,1.31%,and 1.26%,with elongation rate dispersions of 1.15%,1.05%,and 1.57%.The effective data dispersion of the cylindrical specimens is lower than that of the plate specimens,and the effective rate of experimental data reaches 92%.The research indicates that the cylindrical specimens effectively reduce the dispersion of experimental results caused by stress concentration;the optimal engineering gauge length for the specimens is 12 mm with a transition radius of 45 mm.The cylindrical uniaxial tensile test method contributes to obtaining more reliable test results.
