球面运动副间橡胶O形圈密封槽性能数值研究  

Numerical study of sealing groove performance of rubber O-ring between spherical moving pairs

摘  要:针对固体火箭发动机摆动喷管球面密封副,采用有限元方法对比了球面密封圈矩形密封槽、V形密封槽、燕尾形密封槽与矩形偏转形槽的密封性能,并讨论了压强、密封间隙的影响规律。结果表明:矩形偏转槽的密封性能最优,相同工况下密封面接触长度增大35%,密封圈最大应力减小33%;矩形偏转槽密封性能稳定,槽内密封圈有效接触宽度不随燃气压强变化,高压18 MPa下密封圈有效接触宽度为标准矩形槽的1.23倍,同时密封圈最大应力仅为标准矩形槽的93.2%;密封间隙会加大矩形槽内密封圈的挤出长度,增大密封圈的最大应力,增加密封失效风险,但矩形偏转槽内密封圈有效接触宽度不随密封间隙变化,矩形偏转形可有效降低密封圈的挤出长度,降低密封圈的最大应力,提高密封可靠性。According to the spherical sealing pair of solid rocket motor swinging nozzle,the sealing performance of spherical sealing ring with rectangular sealing groove,V-shaped sealing groove,dovetail sealing groove and rectangular deflection groove was compared by finite element method,and the influence law of pressure and sealing clearance was discussed.The results show that the sealing performance of the rectangular deflection groove is the best,the contact length of the sealing surface increases by 35%,and the maximum stress of the sealing ring decreases by 33%under the same working condition.The sealing performance of the rectangular deflection groove is stable,and the effective contact width of the sealing ring in the groove does not change with the gas pressure.The effective contact width of the sealing ring under the high pressure of 18 MPa is 1.23 times that of the standard rectangular groove,and the maximum stress of the sealing ring is only 93.2%of that of the standard rectangular groove.The sealing gap will increase the extrusion length of the seal ring in the rectangular slot,increase the maximum stress of the seal ring,and increase the risk of seal failure,but the effective contact width of the seal ring in the rectangular deflection slot does not change with the seal gap,and the rectangular deflection shape can effectively reduce the extrusion length of the seal ring,reduce the maximum stress of the seal ring,and improve the reliability of the seal.
