摘 要:为研究含能材料六硝基六氮杂异五兹烷(CL-20)的静电起电特性,基于滑槽试验法对不同粒径的CL-20进行了系列静电起电与积累测试,分析对比了静电滑槽材质、滑槽长度、样品粒径大小和包覆处理对CL-20静电起电特性的影响;结合理论和数值模拟分析了CL-20静电放电火花的危险性。结果表明:金属材质的滑槽相较于高分子聚合物滑槽会使CL-20带上更多的静电量;滑槽的长度、样品的粒径对带电量的影响明显,粒径小于25μm的样品带电量是粒径大于120μm样品的1.6倍以上;经过包覆处理的CL-20有着很好的抗静电效果,其中,聚氨酯的包覆效果针对金属滑槽和高分子材质滑槽均更加明显;通过CL-20存储料仓内的静电场和电位分布云图看出,仓内最大场强达到9.26×10^(6) V/m,电位最大达到485 kV,静电放电危险性很高,在一般情况下,多种导体放电的电火花足以引燃CL-20。研究为CL-20生产或使用提高静电安全防护提供了数据参考和理论基础,具有实际意义。In order to study the electrostatic charging characteristics of energy containing material hexanitrohexazazane(CL-20),a series of electrostatic charging and accumulation tests were carried out on CL-20 with different particle sizes based on chute test method.The effects of chute material,chute length,sample particle size and coating treatment on the electrostatic charging characteristics of CL-20 were analyzed and compared.The risk of CL-20 electrostatic discharge spark is analyzed by theoretical and numerical simulation.The results show that compared with polymer chute,metal chute can bring more static energy to CL-20.The length of the chute and the particle size of the sample have obvious effects on the charge carrying capacity.The charge carrying capacity of the sample with particle size less than 25μm is more than 1.6 times that of the sample with particle size greater than 120μm.The coated CL-20 has good antistatic effect,among which the coating effect of polyurethane is more obvious for metal chute and polymer chute.According to the cloud map of electrostatic field and potential distribution in CL-20 storage silo,the maximum field strength in the silo reaches 9.26×10^(6) V/m,and the maximum potential reaches 485 kV,so the risk of electrostatic discharge is very high.Under normal circumstances,the discharge sparks of various conductors are enough to ignite CL-20.The research provides data reference and theoretical basis for the production or use of CL-20 to improve electrostatic safety protection,and has practical significance.
