摘 要:设计一种磁耦合谐振式点火系统,针对不同金属材料身管和火炮发射导致身管和初级线圈温度升高,影响系统传输特性这一问题,建立点火系统数学模型,采用同轴螺线管线圈,利用有限元软件COMSOL对系统在自由空间下、不同内径和材料金属管内、不同温度下进行仿真,通过研究负载功率和传输效率等参数,得到传输特性变化规律。结果表明:铁和合金钢使系统谐振频率从100 kHz分别改变为142 kHz和139 kHz,以54 mm铁管和合金钢管为例,常温下新谐振频率处传输效率分别降低为2.96%和3.34%,400℃条件下二者进一步下降了0.26%和0.02%。铁磁性金属比非铁磁性金属对传输特性的影响大,金属管内径越小,温度越高,影响越大;温度变化对于铁磁性金属的影响更大。A magnetic-coupled resonant ignition system is designed.Aiming at the problem that the temperature of the barrel and primary coil increases due to different metal materials and gun firing,which affects the transmission characteristics of the system,a mathematical model of the ignition system is established.The finite element software COMSOL was used to simulate the system in free space,in different inner diameters,in metal tubes of different materials,and at different temperatures.By studying load power and transmission efficiency and other parameters,the transmission characteristic variation rule was obtained.The results show that the resonant frequency of the system is changed from 100kHz to 142kHz and 139kHz respectively by iron and alloy steel.Taking 54mm iron pipe and alloy steel pipe as examples,the transmission efficiency at the new resonant frequency is reduced to 2.96%and 3.34%respectively at normal temperature,and further decreased by 0.26%and 0.02%at 400℃.The influence of ferromagnetic metal on the transmission characteristics is greater than that of non-ferromagnetic metal.The smaller the inner diameter of metal tube is,the higher the temperature is,the greater the influence is.The effect of temperature change on ferromagnetic metals is greater.
