摘  要:为解决液体火箭发动机铌-钛电子束对接焊缝埋深缺陷小、异种金属对接焊缝信号干扰检测、检测空间狭小等难题,研制了一款高灵敏度且检测线圈垂直于焊缝切向放置方式的新型结构涡流探头。通过异种金属焊缝有限元仿真研究,分析了切面涡流密度值和电压幅值等仿真数据,为新型探头结构检测提供理论基础;进行手动扫查路径偏移试验,绘制检测缺陷信号变化趋势图,验证探头灵敏度高、抗干扰信号的可行性。结果表明:该探头检测5 mm×0.1 mm×0.5 mm(长×宽×深)、埋深0.5 mm的缺陷信噪比可达10:1;偏移焊缝中心4 mm情况下,检测相同尺寸缺陷信噪比仍可达到3∶1。该新型探头结构具备高灵敏度检测能力且抑制异种金属对接焊缝干扰信号,有望应用于其他金属焊缝质量检测。In order to solve the problems of small buried deep defects,signal interference detection of dissimilar metal butt welds,and narrow detection space of niobium-titanium electron beam butt welds of liquid rocket engines,a new structural eddy current probe with high sensitivity and perpendicular detection coil to the tangential position of the weld was developed.Through the finite element simulation research of dissimilar metal welds,the simulation data such as eddy current density and voltage amplitude of the section were analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the detection of new probe structures.The manual scanning path offset test was carried out to draw the trend of the detected defect signal to verify the feasibility of the probe’s high sensitivity and anti-interference signal.The results show that the signal-to-noise ratio of 5 mm×0.1 mm×0.5 mm(length×width×depth)and buried depth of 0.5 mm can reach 10∶1,and the signal-to-noise ratio of defects of the same size can still reach 3∶1 when the center of the weld is offset by 4 mm.It is proved that the new probe structure has high sensitivity detection ability and suppresses the interference signal of dissimilar metal butt welds,which is expected to be applied to the quality inspection of other metal welds.
