摘  要:针对TC4钛合金耐腐蚀性偏低和生物活性差等问题,利用等离子体电解氧化/水热合成技术(PEO/HTS)在TC4表面制备出含羟基磷灰石的陶瓷复合涂层,旨在提高其生物活性和增加耐蚀性。采用XRD、SEM、接触角测量仪、电化学工作站等仪器对复合涂层进行表征。结果表明,PEO/HTS技术在TC4表面制备出含羟基磷灰石的亲水涂层,重点研究水热合成液中Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂量对涂层物相组成、微观结构、接触角和耐蚀性的影响作用。研究结果表明:PEO/HTS复合涂层主晶相为A-TiO_(2)、HA_(p)和Ti,还存在微量的R-TiO_(2)、Er_(2)O_(3)和La_(2)O_(3)相。随着合成液中Er(NO_(3))_(3)掺杂量增加,涂层中HA_(p)含量有所增加。水热处理使得Er元素参与羟基磷灰石的合成。掺Er的PEO/HTS复合涂层微孔缺陷减少。Er掺杂PEO/HTS复合涂层的接触角降低,亲水性提高。这与涂层表面的光滑程度以及亲水性羟基磷灰石的形成有关。在掺杂Er(NO_(3))_(3)后获得的PEO/HTS复合涂层,腐蚀电流密度降低约为一个数量级。The ceramic composite coating containing hydroxyapatite was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation/hydrothermal synthesis(PEO/HTS)to improve its biological activity and corrosion resistance.The composite coatings were characterized by XRD,SEM,contact Angle measuring instrument and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the hydrophilic coating containing hydroxyapatite was prepared on the surface of TC4 by PEO/HTS technology and the effects of Er(NO_(3))_(3) doping amount in the hydrothermal synthesis solution on the phase composition,microstructure,contact Angle and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated.The results showed that the main crystal phases of the PEO/HTS composite coating were A-TiO_(2),HA_(p) and Ti.In the meantime,there were trace R-TiO_(2),Er_(2)O_(3) and La_(2)O_(3) phases.With the increase of Er(NO_(3))_(3) doping in the synthetic solution,HA_(p) content in the coating increased.The Er element was involved in the synthesis of hydroxyapatite by hydrothermal treatment.The microporous defects of ER-doped PEO/HTS composite coatings reduced.The contact Angle of ER-doped PEO/HTS coatings decreased and the hydrophilicity increased,which was related to the smoothness of the coating surface and the formation of hydrophilic hydroxyapatite.The corrosion current density of the PEO/HTS composite coating obtained after doping Er(NO_(3))_(3) reduced by about one order of magnitude.
