摘 要:在聚能装药中嵌入隔板是提高毁伤性能的有效手段之一。综述了当前国内外带隔板聚能装药战斗部的研究现状和技术特点,简述了隔板增强聚能装药毁伤性能的原理,对隔板材料、隔板直径和罩顶药高这3种聚能装药性能控制方法进行了简要评述,总结了隔板在多种聚能装药战斗部中的应用效果,并从射流速度和侵彻深度两方面介绍了带隔板聚能装药的威力,对带隔板聚能装药战斗部技术的应用现状和发展前景进行了展望,可为聚能战斗部结构参数和性能优化设计提供参考。The embedding of wave shaper in a shaped charge is one of the effective approaches to improve the damage performance.This article provides an overview of the current research status and technical characteristics of shaped charge warheads with wave shaper.It briefly elaborates on the principle of how baffles enhance the damage performance of shaped charges,and makes a concise commentary on the three performance control methods for shaped charges,namely baffle material,baffle diameter,and the height of the explosive on the cap.It summarizes the application effects of baffles in various shaped charge warheads and introduces the power of shaped charges with baffles from the aspects of jet velocity and penetration depth.It also looks forward to the application status and development prospects of shaped charge warheads with baffles,which can offer a reference for the optimization design of the structural parameters and performance of shaped charge warheads.
