摘  要:少年儿童是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要群体。少先队作为少年儿童学习中国特色社会主义和共产主义的学校,特有的政治启蒙、价值观塑造和组织育人功能使其在铸牢少年儿童中华民族共同体意识教育中发挥关键作用。少先队开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育,需遵循基于组织性引导共同体认知输入的本体逻辑、依托广泛性形成教育合力的主体逻辑和彰显实践性强化共同体意识教育效力的方法逻辑等三重逻辑,实现教化—内化—实践机制的有效衔接运作。基于三重逻辑,少先队在铸牢教育实践中应打破“单维主义”,以联动联建形成铸牢教育共同体;变革“活动堆叠”,以综合课程体系优化整合集体记忆;超越“工具理性”,以人为本强化具身实践,由此真正发挥协同育人“桥梁”功能、课程建设“主导引导”功能和实践育人的“平台搭建”职能,为铸牢少年儿童中华民族共同体意识提供有效支撑。Children constitute a significant group in forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation. The Young Pioneers serves as a school for children to learn about socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism. Due to its unique political enlightenment, value shaping and organizational education functions, The Young Pioneers plays a key role in forging the sense of community for Chinese nation among children. To effectively carry out this mission, the Young Pioneers needs to follow a three-valued theoretical logic: the ontological logic of organizational guidance for shaping the sense of community;the subjective logic of fostering an educational synergy through broad participation, and the methodological logic of enhancing the effectiveness of community awareness education through practice. This approach ensures a smooth interface between the mechanisms of indoctrination, internalization and practice. In practice, the Young Pioneers should move beyond a narrow, one-dimensional approach and create a more collaborative educational community;shift away from superficial “activities stacking” and optimize collective memory through a comprehensive curriculum;transcend “instrumental rationality” by emphasizing human-centered practice of embodiment. In doing so, the Young Pioneers serves as a “bridge” for collaborative education, a “guider” for curriculum construction, and a “platform” for practical education, offering strong support for nurturing children's sense of community for the Chinese nation.
