摘　　要：学术期刊作为汇聚和传播高水平创新研究成果的重要平台,亦是了解学科发展前沿动态的主要阵地,可为教育强国建设提供坚实的学术支撑和智力资源。《民族教育研究》创刊35周年座谈暨教育强国建设的科学内涵与基本路径学术研讨会聚焦“教育强国建设与学术期刊高质量发展”的核心主题,明确学术期刊在教育强国进程中的关键发力点,并发现学术期刊发展过程中存在期刊与论文作者的关系错位、期刊优质稿件的短缺、期刊评价体系的异化等制约其高质量发展的瓶颈,由此提出共建学术共同体,推动学术期刊主体的高质量发展;创新内容生产,强化学术期刊内容的高质量发展等实现路径,以高质量学术研究助力中华民族共同体建设与教育强国建设。Academic journals,as important platforms for gathering and disseminating high-level innovative research achievements,are also the main arenas for understanding the frontier trends of disciplinary development,and can provide solid academic support and intellectual resources for the construction of an education powerhouse.The symposium on the 35th anniversary of the founding of Journal of Research on Education for Ethnic Minorities and the academic seminar on the scientific connotation and basic path of building an education powerhouse focused on the core theme of“the construction of an education powerhouse and the high-quality development of academic journals”.The symposium clarified the key points where academic journals should make efforts in the process of building an education powerhouse,and discovered bottlenecks that restrict their high-quality development,such as the misaligned relationship between journals and paper authors,the shortage of high-quality manuscripts for journals,and the alienation of the journal evaluation system.Therefore,The symposium put forward implementation paths such as jointly building an academic community to promote the high-quality development of academic journal entities,and innovating content production to strengthen the high-quality development of academic journal content,so as to assist the construction of the community for the Chinese nation and building an education power with high-quality academic research.
