摘  要:北京工业大学与北京建筑材料科学研究总院有限公司携手推进材料专业产教融合,多维度拓展材料专业创新育人体系,为学校开展产学研教育提供条件。双方以培养材料专业卓越工程师为目标,围绕共育材料专业人才、共创实践培养体系、共建师资队伍、共研实践教学项目、共享实践基地资源的“五共同”合作育人模式,建设了生态环境材料产教融合协同育人基地,实现了资源共享、优势互补,解决了材料专业存在的厚基础、宽口径与重特色之间的矛盾。校企产教融合模式能有效助力首都区域材料产业人才培养。Beijing University of Technology and Beijing Building Materials Academy of Science Research are working together to promote the integration of industry and education,and to expand the material innovation and education system in multiple dimensions.The education system provides conditions for schools to carry out industry-university-research education.The goal of both parties is to cultivate outstanding material engineers,focusing on the“five common”cooperative education model of co-cultivating professional talents in materials,co-creating practical training systems,co-building teaching teams,co-researching practical teaching projects,and sharing practical base resources.We have built a collaborative education base for the integration of ecological environment materials,industry and education,achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages,and solving the contradiction between a solid foundation,a broad scope,and a focus on distinctive features in the materials industry.The industry education integration model helps to cultivate talents in the material industry in the capital region.
