摘 要:新文科建设强调专业发展与国家战略及社会经济发展需求的高度融合,而当下会计学专业人才培养模式与新文科建设要求相差甚远。以河南工业大学会计学专业为例,剖析了新文科注重“问题导向”和“学以致用”建设导向下会计学专业亟须改革的时代背景,构建了新文科视域下“一贯三元四融五培”多维协同的高素质人才培养模式,即强调课程思政贯穿始终,产学、研学、赛学“三元”协同,学科融合、科教融合、产教融合、理实融合“四融”合力,知识、能力、素养、视野、创新“五培”并举,以期为其他院校会计学专业人才培养模式改革与实践提供借鉴。The construction of the new liberal arts emphasizes a high degree of integration between professional development,national strategy,and socio-economic development needs.However,the current training model for accounting professionals is far from meeting the requirements of the new liberal arts construction.The article takes the accounting major of Henan University of Technology as an example to analyze the era background of the urgent need for reform of the accounting major under the guidance of“problem oriented”and“learning for application”construction in the new liberal arts.It constructs a multi-dimensional collaborative talent cultivation model of“one whold-process,three elements,four integration,and five training”from the perspective of the new liberal arts:the ideological and political education runs through the entire process,and the three elements of“industry education,research education,and competition education”are coordinated.The integration of disciplines,science and education,industry and education,and theory and practice,combined with the development of knowledge,abilities,literacy,vision,and innovation,provides reference for the reform and practice of talent cultivation models in accounting major in other universities.
