摘　　要：技术范式是库恩科学范式的派生概念,基于技术范式的技术发展模式论述也多类比科学革命的所谓范式转换。正如范式之于科学发展的论述受到颇多质疑,技术范式讨论事实上也是模糊的、含混的。本质上,需求拉动、技术推动和文化规约构成了技术范式的核心要素。伴随着价值转向,价值嵌入作为效果-效率原则的补充,成为技术创新的又一内核,正在形成新的技术-价值范式。这一过程的发生,从历史层面看,源于价值转向运动和技术负效应的反思;从理论层面看,由于价值理性回归技术创新;从实践层面看,价值嵌入与技术创新实践正在有益结合。技术创新的价值转向推动塑造“功能-效率-价值”三维一体的新技术范式。The technical paradigm is a derivative concept from Kuhn’s scientific paradigm,and discussions of technological development patterns based on technical paradigms often draw analogies to the so-called paradigm shifts in scientific revolutions.Just as the discourse on paradigms in scientific development has faced considerable skepticism,discussions of technical paradigms are,in fact,vague and ambiguous.Essentially,demand-pull,technology-push,and cultural conventions constitute the core elements of technical paradigms.With the value turn,value embedding has become another core element of technological innovation as a complement to the function-efficiency principle,forming a new technology-value paradigm.From a historical perspective,this process stems from the value turn movement and reflections on technology’s negative effects;from a theoretical perspective,it arises from the return of value rationality to technological innovation;from a practical perspective,value embedding is beneficially merging with technological innovation practices.The value turn in technological innovation is driving the formation of a new technical paradigm that integrates three dimensions:function,efficiency,and value.
