摘 要:为解决高海拔长距离多工作面隧道施工通风和能耗节约问题,将压入式和巷道式相结合提出风室式通风方式,基于风量调配理论给出不同海拔、不同通风长度和4个工作面的风机配置。将该通风方式和风仓式进行对比,体现该通风方式的优越性。研究结论如下:1)辅助坑道小于4000 m时,风室式通风方式能供给同时出渣的4个工作面。2)辅助坑道长度超过4000 m,可以调整掌子面的工序来降低需风量,从而满足各工作面的通风要求。3)相同条件下,风室式通风比风仓式通风能耗减小22.28%~54.37%。To realize construction ventilation of high-altitude and long-distance tunnels with multi-working faces and save energy,the air chamber type ventilation method is proposed by combining the press-in type and the tunnel type ventilation methods,and the fan configurations for different altitudes,different ventilation lengths,and four working faces are determined based on the theory of air volume deployment.The proposed ventilation method is compared with the air bin type to validate its superiority.Conclusions are as follows:(1)When the auxiliary pit length is less than 4000 m,the proposed ventilation method can supply four working faces with mucking process at the same time.(2)When the auxiliary pit length is over 4000 m,the air volume can be reduced by adjusting the construction process of tunnel face,so as to satisfy the requirements of ventilation for each working face.(3)Under the same conditions,the energy consumption of air chamber ventilation is 22.28%-54.37%less than air bin ventilation.
