摘 要:为提高沉管隧道数字化设计质量和效率,采用标准编制和软件编程相结合的方式开展沉管隧道土建结构数字化设计系统的研发。首先,总结分析沉管隧道设计经验并提炼数字化设计需求,编制形成《沉管隧道数字化设计交付标准》;然后,参考《沉管隧道数字化设计交付标准》,研发沉管隧道土建结构数字化设计系统,并在多个工程项目中进行应用。根据数字化设计过程将软件系统划分为数字化设计、计算分析和信息添加3大模块。数字化设计模块解析用户录入的设计参数后,自动生成模型、图纸和工程量表;计算分析模块内置有抗浮、干舷计算等公式验算功能,并将数字化设计模块中的设计参数与现有沉管隧道有限元计算软件建立数据联动关系,从而提高计算效率;信息添加模块将模型的分类编码和信息添加规则内置于软件中,实现分类编码、信息的快速化添加。To improve digital design quality and efficiency for immersed-tube tunnels,a combined approach of standard formulation and software programming is used to develop a digital design system for the civil structure of immersed-tube tunnels.First,the authors summarize and analyze practical experiences in immersed-tube tunnel design,distilling the critical requirements for digital design processes,leading to the formulation and establishment of the Standard for Delivery of Immersed Tunnel Digital Design.Subsequently,utilizing this standard as a reference,the authors proceed to develop a digital design system for the civil structure of immersed-tube tunnels,which is tested and validated through implementation in multiple real-world engineering projects.According to the digital design process,the digital design system for the civil structure of immersed-tube tunnels is divided into three modules:digital design module,calculation and analysis module,and information addition module.The digital design module analyzes the design parameters entered by users and automatically generates models,drawings,and engineering quantity tables.The calculation and analysis module has built-in formula verification functions such as anti-floating and freeboard calculation,and establishes a data linkage relationship between the design parameters in the digital design module and the existing finite element calculation software for immersed-tube tunnels,thereby improving calculation efficiency.The information addition module integrates the classification coding and information addition rules of the model into the software,achieving rapid addition of classification coding and information.
